(57) [Summary] (With correction) [Problem] To provide a luciferase derived from a decapoda (Decapoda), a polynucleotide encoding the same, and a method for producing a photoprotein thereof. SOLUTION: A secretory luciferase having a luminescence activity was isolated and purified from Rhododendron shrimp, and it was clarified that the secretory luciferase was composed of proteins having a molecular weight of 19 kDa and 35 kDa.
