Provided is a method of raising poultry to which feed is fed. Poultry feed containing 0.5 to 15% by weight of fatty acid calcium and 0.05 to 10% by weight of petrified seaweed, and fatty acid. A poultry breeding method characterized by feeding a feed containing calcium and petrified seaweed.
