abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a safe and simple method for quantifying a specific substance in a tissue in a living body without using a radioactive substance. The novel quantification method comprises recovering a specific substance in a living tissue by a tape stripping method, collecting a specific substance from a tape, preparing a measurement sample, and quantifying the specific substance in the measurement sample. The problem was solved.
