(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To reduce the amount of heat exchange in a preheat heat exchanger as much as possible so that ice chips can always be melted. SOLUTION: A preheat heat exchanger 10 is provided between a radiator 2 and a decompression means 3, and a filter 12 is provided on the upstream side of the preheat heat exchanger 10 in a water circuit 9, and a refrigerant is used as a heat source from the heat storage tank 6. The removed water 7 is heated. Thereby, the ice pieces can be always melted without heat loss as the ice heat storage device. In addition, since the ice chips are physically removed by the filter, the capacity required for the preheating heat exchanger can be suppressed. |
