PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly recover a current efficiency or a current density range, suppress adsorption of components of a gold plating solution (that is, a gold salt, a conductive salt, a complexing agent and a crystal modifier), and To provide a method for regenerating a gold plating solution capable of producing a film having a crystal structure that is not different from that of the gold plating solution.
