abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a recycling method and a recycling apparatus for recovered polyester resins capable of manufacturing high-quality molding materials and molded products while shortening work time and reducing costs. SOLUTION: A small piece of a physical property modifier having an affinity for the resin is mixed at a predetermined ratio with a fragmented recovered polyester resin, and the mixture is vacuum-dried under reduced pressure during or after the mixing. After vacuum drying, a catalyst is supplied to the recovered polyester resin and the physical property modifier and adhered to both, and then a mixture of the recovered polyester resin and the physical property modifier to which the catalyst has adhered is sent to a molding machine, and the molding is performed. A molded product is produced by melting and molding under a state filled with an inert gas in a machine. |
