Carbon fiber reinforced rubber reinforced styrene resin injection molded product |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-reinforced styrene resin injection-molded article having good surface smoothness and surface conductivity and containing carbon fiber and suitable for a housing of a mobile electronic device. SOLUTION: Carbon dioxide is dissolved in a rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin containing 2 to 30% by weight of carbon fiber or an alloy containing a rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin, and a molten resin whose solidification temperature is lowered is previously added with carbon dioxide gas. Injection filling is performed into the pressed mold cavity to obtain an injection molded product having a surface electric resistance value of less than 100Ω / □ and a surface glossiness of 90% or more. |
