abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesion of an ultraviolet absorber to hair, to prevent the hair from being damaged by ultraviolet rays, and to give the hair a conditioning effect such as good firmness, unity, and moist feeling. A hair composition is obtained. SOLUTION: One or more kinds of organic compounds having an atom having a lone electron pair and / or a polar group in a molecule, or one kind of a hydrolysis inhibitor is added to a titanium alkoxide or an oily solution or dispersion thereof. Or an oil-based dispersion of titanium oxide obtained by adding and hydrolyzing water to two or more kinds thereof; and a lipophilic titanium oxide powder obtained by removing a dispersion medium from the oil-based dispersion of titanium oxide and then drying. One or more selected from the group consisting of the body are included in the hair composition. |
