titleOfInvention | Urethane roller casting method |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a urethane roller which has a fine cell diameter and which can be suitably used as various roller members without problems such as deterioration of surface properties, unevenness of density, and dispersion of roller performance. A method of casting a urethane roller excellent in cost and productivity, which can be manufactured continuously and with good yield without generating industrial waste. SOLUTION: This is a casting method of a urethane roller for forming a urethane foam layer by injecting a urethane material comprising a polyol component system and an isocyanate component system into a cylindrical mold. A gas filling step of injecting a gas into the polyol component system; and a high-pressure foaming step of colliding and mixing the gas-filled polyol component system and the isocyanate component system under high pressure. |
