titleOfInvention | Electric water heater |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To use a power loss at the time of charging a backup power supply to heat a liquid in a container. SOLUTION: A container 2 for accommodating a liquid, a heater 4 for heating the liquid in the container 2, a commercial power supply means 9 which is an input section of a commercial power supply, and no commercial power supply is input from the commercial power supply means 9. A backup power supply 10 for supplying power to the device, and charging the backup power supply 10 from a commercial power supply via the heater 4 so that most of the power consumption during charging is consumed by the heater 4. Thus, the electric water heater can be used to heat the liquid in the container with the power loss. |
