(57) [Problem] To provide a method for producing a nucleoside without isolating a 1-phosphorylated saccharide derivative as a crystal. SOLUTION: General formula (1) Or a salt thereof, after removing the hydroxymethyl group of R 1 and R 2 , the protecting group of the carboxyl group, or the protecting group of the hydroxyl group of R 4 , by an exchange reaction between a phosphate group and a nucleobase. In a method for synthesizing a nucleoside, the elimination reaction and the exchange reaction between a phosphate group and a base are carried out in a water-soluble solvent to obtain a compound of the general formula (3) Or a salt thereof without isolation as a crystal. |
