abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] After setting a locking member on a holding portion provided in a molding die, before injecting a foaming undiluted solution, find dust or the like in the die and convert it to compressed air. Provided is a method of manufacturing a seat cushion pad in which a locking member is prevented from being blown off together when blown off and removed. A holding member (19) having a hook-and-loop fastener (35) is provided on a holding portion (19) formed in a molding die (16), and a foaming solution for forming a polyurethane foam is injected, and the hook-and-loop fastener (35) is provided on the surface. In a method for manufacturing a seat cushion pad to be used as a seat cushion pad, a locking member 31 is formed by laminating a hook-and-loop fastener 35 on one surface of a flexible polyurethane foam sheet, and temporarily holding the hook-and-loop fastener 35 on a holding portion 19. A stop member 5 is provided.
