abstract [PROBLEMS] To use a particulate conductive filler in the production of a conductive plastic composite material, a relatively large amount of filler is required, and the resistance value tends to be unstable. In addition, when a fibrous filler is used, there is a problem that the forming method is limited due to cutting of the filler fiber and the like. A magnetic metal powder is mixed with a liquid prepolymer for casting, and a magnetic field is applied from the outside to magnetize the metal powder. By curing in a state where a continuous structure is formed by the aggregation of the magnetized metal, a molded article having conductivity comparable to the case where a fibrous filler is used can be obtained.
