SOLUTION: aggcatcggacaggtgggcctctct of an ins2 region which is specifically present in drebrin A and whose sequence is well conserved across animal species. 24-mer S-oligo (5'-AGGAAGGCCCCACTGTC which is the antisense strand of (SEQ ID NO: 5) CGATGCCT-3 ′), an antisense oligonucleotide that hybridizes with the base sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 5 under stringent conditions and has an effect of suppressing drebrin A expression, and derivatives thereof. |
