abstract (57) Abstract: 0.45 to 0.55% by weight of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 0.00 of gellan gum. An acidic milk beverage containing 5-0.02% by weight and a method for producing the same. The acidic milk beverage of the present invention has CMC as a stabilizer. Compared with conventional acidic milk drinks using, it has high stability without causing protein separation and precipitation for a long period of time without impairing the flavor and properties of the product. Further, according to the production method of the present invention, all kinds of acidic milk beverages can be stabilized.
