titleOfInvention Power consumption reduction circuit and power consumption reduction method used therefor
abstract (57) Abstract: Provided is a power consumption reduction circuit capable of continuously reading data from a memory cell with low power consumption at high speed. SOLUTION: A cell array CA1 belonging to n same rows of a block A300 and a block B400 forming a pair in two sets. 1 to CA1n and CB11 to CB1n, when data of a block of one cell array CA11 to CA1n is being read, the other cell array CB11 to CB1n is being read. Prepare the data of the block in the middle. Cell arrays CA11-CA1n, CB11 at the time of reading CB1n are divided.
