titleOfInvention | Phospholipid immobilization method and substrate for phospholipid immobilization test |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably immobilizing a phospholipid and a substrate for a phospholipid immobilization test which is excellent in reproducibility and accuracy using the method. SOLUTION: By using a mixed composition of a hydrophobic polymer and a phospholipid, a stable solid phase in which phosphate groups are oriented on the surface is obtained. Further, by using the solid phase, a substrate for testing an antiphospholipid antibody having excellent reproducibility and sensitivity can be obtained. |
