PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive for recycled waste paper capable of improving the bulkiness and oil absorbency of recycled paper, and to manufacture recycled paper capable of easily producing bulky and excellent oil absorbency. It provides a method. SOLUTION: 0.1 to a specific amine compound is used. A waste paper recycling additive characterized by containing a condensate obtained by reacting 1.5 times mol of urea, and 0.03 to 8% by weight of the waste paper recycling additive with respect to the waste paper pulp. A method for producing recycled paper, characterized by being added. |
