titleOfInvention Dielectric composite material and method of manufacturing the same
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] Ceramic powder has a low interfacial polarization due to its spherical shape, a low dielectric constant of about 10 and a quality factor Q of 35. It was as low as about 0. Therefore, it has been desired to improve the dielectric constant and quality factor of the high dielectric constant material in an electronic component in which a high dielectric constant material and a low dielectric constant material are combined. Conventionally, a dielectric composite material has been manufactured by combining a spherical dielectric powder and a resin. However, by changing the dielectric powder into a flake shape (flat shape), an interface is formed in the material. Polarization occurred and the dielectric constant could be improved.
