SOLUTION: DN consisting of the base sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 A, 1 bp to 1243 b in the nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 DNA consisting of the nucleotide sequence up to p, or DN A that hybridizes with A under stringent conditions and has a promoter activity in a plant cell is used as a promoter. |
