Manganese peroxidase, manganese peroxidase and method for producing manganese peroxidase |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide MnP having high resistance to hydrogen peroxide. SOLUTION: Kaigaratake ( Lenzites betulinu) s ) Particularly preferably, a manganese peroxidase enzyme solution obtained as a culture solution of the Kaitake mushroom strain MAFF430268 or obtained from this culture solution. Manganese peroxidase separated from this enzyme solution. These show a high residual activity of 50% or more in the presence of 10 mM hydrogen peroxide. |
