abstract | (57) Abstract: Discharge occurs between a metal circuit board attached to the upper surface of a ceramic substrate and a metal member attached to the lower surface, and the mounted electronic parts can be normally restored. Cannot be operated. A metal circuit board is provided on an upper surface of a ceramic substrate. Is a ceramic circuit board having a metal member 4a attached to the lower surface thereof, wherein at least one of the metal circuit board 3 and the metal member 4a has an arc shape with a tip having a radius of 0.2 mm or more on its outer surface. The shortest distance between the metal circuit board 3 and the metal member 4a at the corner A via the side surface of the ceramic substrate 1 is less than 3 mm and 1.5 mm or more. |
