(57) [Problem] Toner carrier having stable electric resistance, easy control, excellent recyclability, and good production with simple production equipment. A conductive elastic material layer (3b) is contained in an amount of 15% by mass or more. 0% by mass or less of a thermoplastic elastomer (A), 30% by mass or more and 85% by mass or less of a crosslinkable elastomer (B), and 100 parts by mass of the thermoplastic elastomer (A) and the crosslinkable elastomer (B) At least 1 part by mass and not more than 20 parts by mass of a conductive filler (C). The thermoplastic elastomer (A) is used as a matrix phase, and the crosslinkable elastomer (B) is used as a dispersed phase. The filler (C) is selectively present in the thermoplastic elastomer (A). |
