abstract | (57) Abstract: In a developing device for supplying toner, a non-magnetic toner for developing an electrostatic latent image having excellent charging stability over time and excellent thin layer forming property without having to distinguish between an initial toner and a supplied toner. The present invention provides a component toner, comprising a binder resin and a colorant as a toner, and further comprising a resin charge control agent and a different BET. It contains two or more kinds of hydrophobic silica particles having a specific surface area, and titanium oxide particles having an aluminum or Al 2 O 3 coating and further surface-treated with an organic treating agent, and the toner has a charging characteristic of 0.8. A toner that satisfies <A / B <1.2 (A: unsaturated charge amount, B: saturated charge amount) is used. |
