| abstract | (57) [Abstract] (with correction) [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for easily and inexpensively manufacturing a spectacle frame which has been made impossible by plastic working to date, and to provide a spectacle frame and spectacles obtained thereby. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an eyeglass frame made of a titanium / zirconium / niobium alloy base and a titanium / zirconium / niobium / tantalum alloy base of the present invention comprises: Precision casting (Investment) using titanium-zirconium-niobium alloy base material and titanium-zirconium-niobium-tantalum alloy base material (casting method). In the present invention, preferably, a mold is formed by a wax prototype having the same shape as a predetermined spectacle frame, and after melting the wax prototype from the mold, the titanium-zirconium-niobium alloy-based titanium-zirconium is added to the mold.・ A niobium tantalum alloy base material is cast, and an eyeglass frame is formed from a casting formed by casting. |
