(57) [Problem] To provide a microlens array in which a light-shielding layer is provided at an accurate position, a manufacturing method thereof, and an optical device. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the microlens array includes a second layer 12 on a member having a first layer 120 and a light shielding layer 122 and having a plurality of recesses 124 formed thereon. 6 is formed. The bottom of the recess 124 is formed of the first layer 120. The light-shielding layer 122 includes the concave portion 1. 24 surrounds at least a portion of its inner surface. The surface of the second layer 126 is formed so that each concave portion 124 has a lens surface. |
