Microlens array, method of manufacturing the same, and optical device |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a method of manufacturing a microlens array in which both lens surfaces can be easily aligned, a microlens array manufactured by the method, and an optical device. A method for manufacturing a microlens array includes forming a second light-transmitting layer on a first light-transmitting layer. The first light transmitting layer 26 includes a plurality of recesses 2. 8 and a section screen 32 of each recess 28, and at least a part of the inner surface of each recess 28 is a lens surface 30. The second light transmissive layer is formed in the concave portion avoiding the partition screen 32 of the first light transmissive layer. The surface of the second light transmissive layer 36 is formed so that each concave portion 28 has a lens surface 38. |
