abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To be simple in structure and hardly influenced by the flow state of solid particles in a slurry without obstructing the flow of the slurry. Provided is a slurry concentration measuring device. SOLUTION: A pair of ultrasonic transmitters 53 and receivers 54 are provided on an outer peripheral portion of a pipe 55 for transporting ice water slurry with the pipe axis of the pipe 55 interposed therebetween, and an ultrasonic wave rotating concentrically with the pipe 55 is provided. A sensor fixing portion 57 is provided, and the receiver receives ultrasonic waves transmitted from the transmitter 53 at a plurality of positions on the circumference of the pipe 55 and passing through the pipe 55 and the ice water slurry therein. The arithmetic unit 14 detects the attenuation of the sound wave and calibrates the attenuation of the received ultrasonic wave and the concentration of ice in advance, thereby indirectly estimating the concentration of ice being transported in the pipe 55. It is a slurry concentration measuring device. |
