abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a synthetic sleeper that is light and has high strength, as well as suppressing noise and vibration. The sleeper is a synthetic sleeper in which a base resin constituting the sleeper is reinforced by long fibers extending along the longitudinal direction of the sleeper, wherein the base resin is a hard foamed urethane resin, and the sleeper has a hysteresis loss.
