titleOfInvention | Olefin polymerization catalyst and olefin polymerization method using the same |
abstract | (57) Abstract: A component (A): a metallocene compound of a metal selected from titanium, zirconium or hafnium and a component (B): a catalyst component containing an ion-exchange layered silicate is brought into contact with an olefin. An olefin polymerization catalyst obtained by pre-polymerization in the step (b), wherein the pre-polymerization is carried out per 1 g of the component (B) until a pre-polymerized polymer in an amount corresponding to the pore volume of the component (B) is produced. The catalyst for olefin polymerization described above, wherein the catalyst is produced while maintaining the polymer production rate at 10 mg / min or less. According to the prepolymerization of the present invention, it is possible to obtain a catalyst powder for olefin polymerization which has high flowability and bulk density and has good adhesion and good handling. When olefin polymerization is carried out using such an olefin polymerization catalyst powder, there is no adhesion, easy handling, no generation of fine powder, etc., and an olefin polymer having a high bulk density and excellent particle properties. Obtainable. |
