abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound to be used for a rapid, simple and low-cost enzyme immunoassay for PCB, which replaces the conventional complicated PCB measurement method. SOLUTION: The general formula: (Wherein R 1 and R 2 are a lower alkyl group, R 3 is an alkyl group, an aryl group, a hydrogen atom or a succinimidyl group, and m is an integer of 3 to 5). By binding to BSA or the like, it can be used as an enzyme immunoassay reagent when measuring PCB. |
