titleOfInvention | Biaxially oriented laminated polyester film for electrical insulation |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical insulating film which has solved the problems caused by delamination and adhesive while maintaining the excellent heat-resistant deterioration and oligomer-suppressing effect of polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate. . SOLUTION: A layer (surface layer) composed of polyethylene-2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate is laminated on both surfaces of a layer (intermediate layer) composed of polyethylene terephthalate, The intermediate layer contains the ethylene-2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate component in an amount of 0.05% by weight or more and less than 15% by weight, and at least 1 μm in the thickness direction from both surfaces thereof is ethylene-2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate. The rate component is not less than 1% by weight and less than 30% by weight or more than 70% by weight and not more than 99% by weight, and each surface layer has a thickness of at least 2 μm and based on the thickness of the laminated film. A biaxially oriented laminated polyester film for electrical insulation, wherein the thickness of the surface layer is less than 10%. |
