SOLUTION: LAMP (Loop-mediated isothermal ampli) fication) A method in which a nucleic acid amplification product obtained by a reaction is detected by adding a fluorescent-labeled primer that hybridizes to a single-stranded loop portion and measuring the degree of fluorescence polarization of a reaction solution. |
