abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To reduce the wiring distance of a conductor circuit, to increase the degree of freedom in designing the conductor circuit, and to reduce the possibility of cracks in the interlayer resin insulation layer near the via hole, thereby improving reliability. Provide excellent printed wiring boards. A multilayer printed wiring board in which a conductor circuit and an interlayer resin insulation layer are sequentially laminated on a substrate, and the conductor circuits sandwiching the interlayer resin insulation layer are connected via via holes. Among the holes, via holes having different layers are formed so as to have a stacked via structure, and at least one of the via holes having different layers has a land diameter that is equal to the land diameter of another via hole.
