abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a color cathode ray tube which eliminates mislanding of an electron beam at a rising time immediately after the start of energization and has a small color shift even at a rising time. A support spring is provided on a support spring mounting member mounted on an outer peripheral portion on an upper side, a lower side, a left side, and a right side of a frame constituting a shadow mask structure. In the color cathode ray tube in which the shadow mask structure is disposed in the panel by fixing the front end of the electron gun-panel, the left and right support spring mounting members are compared with the upper and lower support spring mounting members. It is characterized by having less rigidity in the direction.
