abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition which has a high resolution, generates less scum and sludge during development, and has extremely excellent side surface roughness, resolution, adhesion and flatness of a resist pattern. Provides sex elements. SOLUTION: The photosensitive element of the present invention comprises a support film in which a resin layer containing fine particles is laminated on one surface of a biaxially oriented polyester film, and a photosensitive resin composition on the opposite surface where the resin layer is formed. A photosensitive element obtained by applying and drying a layer of the photosensitive resin composition, (A) a binder polymer, and (B) at least one compound having at least one ethylenically unsaturated bond in one molecule and having at least one phenyl group or phenylene group in the molecule. A photopolymerizable compound having a polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated group, and (C) A photopolymerization initiator.
