titleOfInvention | Nitrogen concentration measuring device |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize deterioration of a catalyst of a heating oxidation furnace in a nitrogen concentration measuring device. SOLUTION: In the analysis of nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen, A potassium iodide solution and a titanium trichloride solution are selectively injected into the sample solution, respectively, and passed through a mixer 5 and a vaporizer 6 to be converted into nitric oxide gas. Then, the gas is supplied to the chemiluminescence detector 8 by bypassing the heating oxidation furnace 7, and the chemiluminescence intensity at the time of reacting with the ozone gas is detected. In the analysis of ammonia nitrogen, a sample solution is injected with a sodium hypochlorite solution, passed through a mixer 5 and a vaporization separator 6 to obtain a gas component, and supplied to a heating oxidizing furnace 7 to supply nitric oxide. Convert to gas. Thereafter, the chemiluminescence detector 8 detects the chemiluminescence intensity when the ozone gas is reacted. In the analysis of total nitrogen components, the sample solution 4, the total nitrogen component in the sample solution is converted into nitric oxide gas, and the chemiluminescence detector 8 detects the chemiluminescence intensity. |
