titleOfInvention Anti-vibration rubber with low dynamic spring and high damping characteristics
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide an anti-vibration rubber which realizes both low dynamic spring characteristics and high damping characteristics and is excellent in manufacturability. SOLUTION: By vulcanizing a composition obtained by kneading a thermoplastic elastomer having a high damping property to an unvulcanized diene rubber material, the vulcanized diene rubber material is mixed in a matrix comprising the vulcanized diene rubber material. The thermoplastic elastomer was finely dispersed as an island phase to impart high damping characteristics.
