abstract |
(57) Abstract: An organic-inorganic material having excellent elastic modulus, thermal decomposition temperature and chemical resistance by obtaining a polyimide-siloxane composite using a silanol sol obtained by neutralizing a silicate. It is an object to establish a hybrid polyimide composition and a method for producing the same. A siloxane characterized by reacting a polyamic acid obtained by a ring-opening addition reaction of a diamine and a dianhydride with a silanol sol obtained by neutralizing a silicate with an acid. A polyimide composition having a bond. A polyurea obtained by an addition reaction of a diamine and a diisocyanate is reacted with a dianhydride and a polyimide precursor obtained by a ring-opening addition reaction with a silanol sol obtained by neutralizing a silicate with an acid. A polyimide composition having a siloxane bond. And its manufacturing method. |
