abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of industrially and stably producing an aromatic-aliphatic copolymer polycarbonate having an excellent hue, which is useful as an optical material. SOLUTION: An aromatic carbonic acid diester and at least one aliphatic dihydroxy compound having an alicyclic structure and at least one aromatic dihydroxy compound are continuously produced in the presence of an alkali metal and / or alkaline earth metal catalyst. In a method for producing an aromatic-aliphatic copolymerized polycarbonate to be melt-polymerized, at least two paralleled filters are provided or attached to a polymerization vessel, and a raw material prepared and dissolved through one filter is supplied to the polymerization vessel while the other is supplied. A method for producing an aromatic-aliphatic copolymer polycarbonate, comprising: holding the filter under an inert gas atmosphere, and then switching both to supply the raw material through the filter after holding. |
