titleOfInvention | Emulsified dispersion composition and heat-sensitive recording material using the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified dispersion composition which is excellent in application suitability and drying suitability and can stably produce a thermosensitive recording material having good performance. SOLUTION: An emulsified dispersion composition used for producing a heat-sensitive recording material, comprising an oil phase containing a compound having a function of developing a color with respect to an electron-donating dye precursor, and an organic solvent, It is emulsified and dispersed in an aqueous phase containing a water-soluble polymer, and the concentration of the compound having a color developing function and the concentration of the water-soluble polymer are 4% by mass to 16% by mass and 0.03% by mass, respectively. An aqueous solution having a concentration of 66% by mass exhibits thixotropic properties. |
