titleOfInvention | Method for producing cellulose acylate film |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a method for producing a cellulose acylate film which improves the surface condition of the film and has no problem in mechanical properties of the film. SOLUTION: The method for producing a cellulose acylate film, comprising casting two or more layers by co-casting, wherein the cellulose acylate solution is substantially converted from a non-chlorine solvent. Wherein the non-chlorinated solvent comprises at least a mixed solvent of a ketone having a solubility parameter of 19 to 21 and an ester having a solubility parameter of 19 to 21, and the viscosity of the solution of the outer layer at 0 ° C is 0 ° C of the solution of the inner layer. A method for producing a cellulose acylate film, characterized by having a higher viscosity than the above. |
