titleOfInvention Paint treatment method and painted steel plate for steel furniture
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a coating method capable of improving the corrosion resistance of steel furniture and a coated steel sheet for steel furniture. SOLUTION: A steel plate as an object to be coated is subjected to chemical conversion treatment with a phosphate chemical conversion treatment solution containing phosphate ions and nitrate ions as main components and further containing 100 to 300 ppm of zinc ions and having a pH of 3 to 4.5. (Chemical treatment step). Then A water-based paint is applied on the steel sheet film formed by the chemical conversion treatment (painting step).
