Kind Code: A1 A feed bed comprising an surrounding gel is produced using an alkali silicate and a neutralizing acid which are solid at room temperature. Specifically, a predetermined amount of each of the alkali silicate powder and the neutralizing acid powder is packaged in a water-soluble film or a moisture-impermeable film. When preparing the water supply floor, a set of drugs is introduced into stirred water, while being packaged in a water-soluble film or by unpacking a moisture-impermeable film.
