(57) [Problem] To provide a high-performance battery by increasing the electrical conductivity while maintaining the same or better discharge characteristics even if the cost is reduced by reducing the amount of silver in a silver oxide battery. SOLUTION: The particles are composed of three elements of Ag, Bi, M (M is a transition metal) and O, and have particles of a compound in the particles and Bi dispersed throughout the particle. It is a positive electrode active material for batteries. |
