titleOfInvention Manufacturing method and manufacturing mold for crosslinked resin tube
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] Even when manufacturing a crosslinked resin tube having a small diameter, the crosslinked resin stays in the mold or drift occurs without bending the mandrel portion of the mold. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of manufacturing a crosslinked resin tube and a manufacturing die capable of preventing the resin tube from being impossible to extrude. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a crosslinked resin tube, the method includes a step of shaping a crosslinkable raw material resin composition supplied into a mold into a crosslinked resin tube shape in a crosslinked state. The resin flow path for performing the shaping is adjusted so that the ratio between the clearance reduction rate and the cross-sectional area reduction rate is 0.01 ≦ clearance reduction rate / cross-sectional area reduction rate ≦ 0.6. The configuration was adopted.
