PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst having high photocatalytic activity and antibacterial property, excellent fixability to a substrate, inexpensive, hardly eluted from the photocatalyst, and having sufficient strength for practical use. SOLUTION: A hollow glass particle molded product obtained by binding hollow glass particles with a ceramic material or tile clay is used as a substrate, and antibacterial metal particles are fixed to the surface of the substrate, and a photocatalyst particle is formed by using an inorganic substance as a binder on the surface.
