(57) [Problem] To provide an inexpensive and efficient production method for synthesizing N-acetylglucosamine-linked oligosaccharides contained in breast milk and the like. An N-acetylglucosamine-linked oligosaccharide is produced by a reverse hydrolysis reaction of an aqueous solution containing N-acetylglucosamine and lactose or a substance containing lactose using a hydrolytic enzyme, N-acetylglucosaminidase. |
