SOLUTION: An acrylic polymer copolymer is mixed in an amount of 0.1 to 20 parts by mass and a polytetrafluoroethylene-containing mixed powder in an amount of 0.01 to 5 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic resin.
