abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To store the function of visible light in water and to make the function of visible light act through water. SOLUTION: Activated water is produced by irradiating treated water with visible light. As an apparatus for carrying out the invention of the above method, an opening is provided in a part of a casing 1 for blocking light, a color plate 3 is detachably mounted in this opening, and the color plate is provided outside the casing. 3 is provided with a light source 4 for irradiating white light, and the white light of the light source 4 is given a color by the color plate 3 and is irradiated on the water 8 to be treated in the casing 1 so that the characteristic of the color is obtained. It can be configured to be stored in the water to be treated.
